Caroline Biggs possesses comprehensive experience in human resources, particularly in remuneration and benefits, having held multiple roles at Northern Star Resources Limited, including HR Manager and Principal. Prior experience at Newmont Mining Corporation includes positions such as Human Resource Advisor and HR Officer, as well as an HR Administrator role at Newmont Australia. Caroline completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a major in Human Resources from Edith Cowan University between 2016 and 2020, and continues to build a strong educational foundation from Narrogin Senior High School.
