Gavin Halim

Gavin Halim is an experienced mining engineer currently serving as Technical Services Manager at Northern Star Resources Limited since February 2021, with previous roles including Planning Superintendent and Senior Mining Engineer. Prior to this, Gavin held the position of Senior Mining Engineer at Saracen Mineral Holdings Limited and AMC Consultants. Earlier experience includes multiple roles at Saracen Mineral Holdings Limited, including Planning Engineer and Production Engineer, as well as a production engineering position at GOLD FIELDS. Gavin’s early career featured internships at BHP and Downer. An education background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) and Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mining and Chemistry from UNSW.
