Laila Jalil Fredes

Laila Jalil Fredes possesses extensive experience in business planning and financial management, currently serving as a Senior Business Planning & Systems Analyst at Northern Star Resources Limited since June 2025. Previously, Laila contributed to De Grey Mining Ltd from March 2020 to June 2025 in various roles including Project Accountant, Project Manager, and Senior Business Planning & Systems Analyst, overseeing significant projects like PRONTO ERP implementation and managing comprehensive financial responsibilities. Laila has also volunteered as the Director of Finance for the WA Project Management Institute, assisted in financial auditing for Grupo Amanus, and held analytical positions in the oil and energy sector. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Project Management from Curtin University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidad Nacional de la Patagonia San Juan Bosco.
