Norman Spence

Norman Spence is a highly experienced mining engineer with a diverse background in geology and mining operations. Currently serving as a Mining Engineer at Northern Star Resources Limited since July 2022, Norman has previously held similar positions at Evolution Mining and Northern Star Resources Limited, where roles included Mine Geologist and Junior Geologist. Earlier experience includes a position as a Geology Assistant at Castlemaine Goldfields Limited. Norman's educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Mining, Mine Engineering from Curtin University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geology from the University of Ballarat, a Master's in Business Administration focusing on Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the Australian Institute of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Victoria University.
