Kate Little is a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and office administration. Currently serving as the Manager of Workforce Planning for the Northern Territory Government since December 2024, Kate is responsible for designing and implementing strategic workforce solutions aligned with public sector objectives. Prior to this role, Kate worked as a Talent Advisor at Airport Development Group, focusing on infrastructure development in the Northern Territory, and spent a decade at Hays in various managerial positions, specializing in recruitment for the public sector. Earlier career experiences include serving as an Executive Assistant at SAF,T and as Group Executive at the Institution of Civil Engineers. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Portsmouth and has obtained multiple qualifications from various employers, as well as GCSEs from Blackfen School for Girls.
