Bindi Garg

Bindi Garg has over 23 years of experience in human resources, primarily at Northern Trust, where roles included Sr. Vice President - Global Sr. HRBP for Internal Audit and Finance, and Sr. Vice President - Global Sr. HR Business Partner & HR Strategy Consultant. In these capacities, Bindi provided strategic HR consulting to senior clients such as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Audit Executive, focusing on enhancing organizational resiliency and productivity. Bindi also established a North America Redeployment Office to support employees affected by job loss. Earlier experience includes a summer internship in community affairs at Northern Trust, managing grant requests and volunteer recognition efforts. Bindi holds a dual bachelor's degree in Organizational Administration and Finance from Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
