Donald Moon

Donald Moon is a Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Northern Trust Corporation since June 2019, previously holding the position of Senior Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel. Prior experience includes a tenure at Mayer Brown from October 2010 to June 2019 as an Associate, where Donald represented clients in complex technology transactions such as multimillion-dollar outsourcing agreements. Earlier roles include Legal Intern and Summer Associate positions at Northern Trust and Mayer Brown, respectively, as well as experience as a Business Analyst/Programmer at Northern Trust and a Programmer/Analyst at ADP. Donald holds a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, an M.S. in Information Systems from DePaul University, and a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
