Stephanie Wingader

Stephanie Wingader currently serves as Vice President & Assistant General Counsel - Corporate at Park Hotels and Resorts since October 2016. Prior to this role, Stephanie spent a decade as a Senior Corporate Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where expertise included representing public and private issuers in various financial offerings and complex mergers and acquisitions, with a specific focus on cross-border transactions. Earlier, as a Corporate Associate at JONES DAY®, Stephanie represented companies across all stages of development, emphasizing mergers, acquisitions, and strategic agreements. Stephanie holds a J.D./M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Theatre from Franklin & Marshall College, along with experience at the University of Oxford.
