Frances Garrote

Frances Garrote is a Regional Marketing Specialist at Northern Trust since January 2024, with previous experience as a Senior Graphic Designer at B&D Group, PoolCandy, and as a Graphic Designer at Quality Importers Trading Company. Frances also held the position of Creative Director at American Marketing & Mailing Services and contributed to projects at Youth Entrepreneurship Education System, including logo creation and product design. Early career experiences include internships at Young & Rubicam and Aaron Stewart Home & Lifestyle Design, alongside roles at Rochester Institute of Technology that focused on media and design support. Frances holds an MBA from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design from Rochester Institute of Technology.
