John Fisher

John Fisher is an experienced professional in the field of experience design and technology, currently serving as Head of Experience Design & Research at Northern Trust Corporation since June 2017. With a robust background in leadership roles, including SVP, Portfolio Director, and VP, Portfolio Lead in product design, Fisher previously held the position of Associate Partner at VSA Partners, where technological and UX practices were led to create innovative digital experiences. Prior roles include Director of Technology at The Material Group, where mobile AR applications and omnichannel experiences were developed, and roles as an interactive development consultant, contributing to significant projects with recognized companies and institutions. Fisher holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and a Master's degree in Digital Media Arts/Game Design, both from Michigan State University.
