Kaushik Sudarsan

Kaushik Sudarsan is a seasoned professional in data product management and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Data Product Management and Analytics at Northern Trust since August 2024. Prior to this role, Kaushik was the Head of Analytics at Polen Capital from January 2021 to August 2024. Kaushik's extensive experience at Northern Trust Corporation spanned over a decade, where various positions included Senior Vice President of Analytics & Data Services, Vice President and Division Manager of BI & Analytics, Vice President of Finance IT, and 2nd Vice President of Finance IT. Before joining Northern Trust, Kaushik worked at Hexaware Technologies as a Senior Business Consultant and Senior Business Analyst. Kaushik holds an M.B.A. from Loyola Institute Of Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Sri Venkateswara College.
