Keenan Smith

Keenan Smith is a seasoned UX professional currently serving as Lead UX Researcher at Northern Trust Corporation since November 2022. Previously, Keenan held the position of UX Designer and Research Lead at NetherRealm Studios where responsibilities included designing research plans for AAA games and leading a team of researchers. Experience also includes roles as a UX Researcher at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Product Designer at Alight Solutions, and Legal Assistant, among others. Keenan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies from Columbia University and training from Thinkful.
