Sophie Fain

Sophie Fain is a skilled service designer currently employed at Boeing since August 2023. Prior to this role, Sophie gained extensive experience as an industrial designer at Kaleidoscope Innovation and Product Design from June 2020 to September 2023, including a position as an associate industrial designer and an industrial design co-op. Additional experience includes freelance design work at Band Connect Inc., a sponsored studio role at TUTAKA, and an internship in design and innovation at The Clorox Company. Sophie's background also encompasses a co-op focusing on industrial design and human factors at DePuy Synthes Companies, and an industrial design internship at Tekna, Inc. Earlier in Sophie’s career, experience included working as an emergency department technician at Mercy Health and a summer apprenticeship with ArtWorks Cincinnati. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Cincinnati and completed an international study semester at Bergische Universität Wuppertal.
