Margaret Crawford

Margaret Crawford is an experienced professional in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as Vice President of Employee Relations at Northern Trust since February 2024. Previously, Margaret worked at Grant Thornton Ireland for nearly 14 years, holding various roles including Associate Director and Manager of Employee Relations, as well as HR & Recruitment Specialist, covering regional responsibilities in Limerick, Cork, and Galway. Early in Margaret's career, experience as a Recruitment Manager at Robert Walters and as a consultant at Accountancy Additions further developed expertise in the recruitment and HR field. Margaret holds a degree from the National College of Ireland.
