Phil Feuerstein

Phil Feuerstein is an experienced HR professional with over 25 years in various leadership roles in employee relations and human resources. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Employee Relations at Travelers since August 2016, Phil oversees national employee relations for more than 6,000 employees. Prior experience includes roles at Chubb Insurance, where Phil held multiple leadership positions, including Employee Relations Director and Director of Human Resources, managing HR functions across several departments and locations. Additional expertise was gained at American Express and Arthur Andersen, focusing on employee relations, policy development, and affirmative action program management. Phil holds a BA in Communications and an MBA from Rutgers University.
