Michael Mariolis

Michael Mariolis currently serves as the Head of the Digital Transformation Office at Northern Trust Corporation, a position held since September 2021. Previously, Michael was a Managing Director at MUFG, where responsibilities included defining a three-year $800M Transformation program focused on Core Banking Transformation, Data Strategy and Governance, and Technology Modernization. As a Partner at Strategy& (part of the PWC network), Michael led significant CXO agenda engagements for major financial services firms. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal for BT Global Services, where leadership in the Global Convergence Practice was a key focus, and as Associate Director at Bear Stearns, contributing to technology research and development. Michael holds a BS in Business/E-commerce from Northeastern University and an MBA from Binghamton University School of Management.
