Srikanth Bhaskar

Srikanth Bhaskar is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in management and transformation across various financial institutions. Currently serving as VP and Head of APAC Technology at Northern Trust Corporation since June 2022, Srikanth oversees strategic programs in brokerage, sponsored repo, and foreign exchange, focusing on project management and technology leadership in cloud environments. Previously, Srikanth held roles at Standard Chartered Bank as VP and Digital Transformation Lead, leading agile initiatives and innovation delivery with a team of over 20 engineers. Experience also includes positions as Delivery Manager at Synechron and Agile Coach at Wells Fargo, emphasizing agile transformation and product development. Srikanth holds a Diploma in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
