In 2012, Tony joined Northern United Brewing Company, where they initially served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Tony later became the CEO of the company.
Most recently, in 2019, Tony founded their own consulting firm, Snap56 Real Estate / A&G Real Estate Partners, where they worked as a Senior Dealmaker focused on real estate dispositions, restructurings, and mitigation.

Tony Grant received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Prior to their university studies, Tony Grant attended Western High School.
