Paul Hartung

Paul Hartung is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Substations and Telecommunications at NOVEC since July 2014, Paul has a notable military background as a Commander (Ret) in the US Navy, where contributions included providing situational awareness to senior leadership and program management for deployment health assessments. Previous roles include Electric Operations Manager at Hagerstown Light Department, Deputy Director of Electric Operations at Franklin Power & Light, and various engineering positions at Potomac Testing, Anna Inc, and Grubb Engineering. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and completed a program at the University of Virginia's Weldon Cooper Center.
