Hannah McCall is the founder of Clean Beauty for Black Girls, a venture dedicated to educating and empowering Black women through safer personal care products and community engagement. In the role of Program Manager of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at Northern Virginia Family Service, Hannah manages administrative functions and coordinates initiatives to promote equity. Previously, as a YouTube Producer and Social Media Manager for Career Success by JenniferTardy.com, Hannah focused on providing career coaching resources to underrepresented job seekers. Hannah has a solid background in fiduciary analysis from Citi, where responsibilities included auditing accounts and developing legal policies, as well as experience in underwriting at Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Company. Hannah holds an MBA in Marketing from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Kaplan University.
