JuanCarlos Lagares serves as the VPIP Bilingual Mental Health Counselor at Northern Virginia Family Service since June 2017. Additionally, Lagares has held roles such as Office Manager at Liberty University, overseeing daily office operations and collaborating with multiple departments, and Manager of the Leadership Academy mentoring program at The Bowery Mission, focusing on mentorship and community engagement. Lagares also possesses a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies.
