Anna Hermes

Anna Hermes is a Senior Watershed Scientist at Northern Water, with a background in environmental analysis, research, and teaching. Anna has experience in tracing agricultural sulfur applications, evaluating water quality post-wildfire, and developing frameworks for understanding alpine hydrology. Anna has also worked as a quantitative researcher, environmental analyst, graduate research assistant, and laboratory technician in various organizations. Anna holds a PhD in Biogeochemistry and Hydrology from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Master's degree in Chemical Oceanography from Rutgers University, and a BS in Biology from The University of New Mexico.
