Doug Clapp

Doug Clapp is currently the Facilities and Equipment Department Manager and Procurement Officer at Northern Water. Prior to that, Doug was the Purchasing Manager at the City of Greeley and a Senior Buyer at the City of Fort Collins. With a background in construction and procurement, Doug has held roles such as Project Manager/Project Engineer at Moltz Construction, Senior Buyer at Hach Company, and Technical Buyer at Caterpillar Inc. Doug holds a Masters of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
