Sarah Kraushaar

Sarah Kraushaar is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in account and relationship management, currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Northern Commerce since January 2021. In this role, Sarah leads a talented team to execute strategic digital initiatives for brands. Previously, Sarah held positions as Account Director and Senior Account Manager at Northern Commerce, as well as roles at Digital Echidna and Ellipsis Digital, where expertise in managing relationships with clients in various sectors, including Healthcare and Higher Education, was honed. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Account Manager at Scotiabank and multiple positions at TD, where a strong background in financial services and customer account management was established. Sarah holds a degree from Western University, along with certifications from the Canadian Institute of Financial Planning, and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Marketing Management at Fanshawe College.
