Jan Rohwer

Jan Rohwer has extensive experience in nursing and hospice care, currently serving as a Homecare and Hospice Case Manager and Hospice Volunteer at Northfield Hospital + Clinics since September 2003. Jan's background includes working as a Hospice RN at NC Little Memorial Hospice from August 2013 to June 2018, providing compassionate care in a home-like setting for hospice patients with acute needs. Prior roles include serving as a Staff RN at St Lucas Care Center and gaining clinical experience in various healthcare settings during nursing education at Normandale Community College, where Jan earned an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing. Additionally, Jan held a leadership position as Vice Chair of the School Board for Northfield School of Arts and Technology from October 2009 to October 2012. Educational qualifications also include a Certificate of Design from East Sydney Technical College.
