Jeff Mutz

Jeff Mutz currently serves as the Director of Human Resources/Education at Northfield Hospital + Clinics, where Jeff provides HR leadership and develops programs to meet the operational needs of a healthcare organization. Previously, Mutz was the VP of Human Resources and Compliance Officer at Midwest Dental, leading HR initiatives for 1,750 employees across 15 states. Mutz also held the position of VP of Human Resources at Health Dimensions Group, overseeing HR strategy for a multi-state healthcare management firm, and led HR operations at Mille Lacs Health System and Columbia Park Medical Group. Mutz holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business and a BS in Business Administration-Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
