Stacie Rice

Stacie Rice has extensive experience in healthcare management and quality improvement, currently serving as a Quality Improvement Specialist at Northfield Hospital and Clinics since March 2012. In this role, Stacie is responsible for evaluating clinical data, analyzing care delivery patterns, training staff on quality practices, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior to this position, Stacie worked as a Clinic Manager at Kids First Pediatrics, focusing on operational management and customer service. Stacie's background also includes roles in medical management at PreferredOne and clinic management at Lakeville Integrative Medicine Clinic, as well as nursing experience at Fairview Health Services. Stacie holds a nursing degree from Hawkeye Community College and a certificate in Massage Therapy from St. Crouix Center for the Healing Arts, along with certification as an Advanced ALICE Trainer.
