Joanna Croom

Joanna Croom is an experienced Business Analyst with a comprehensive background in software and business process design, support, and implementation. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at NEC Software Solutions and Northgate Public Services since August 2019, Joanna also fulfills a similar role at opcare since January 2009. Prior to these positions, Joanna worked as a Business Analysis and Application Support Manager from 2016 to 2019, overseeing IT project management related to in-house application improvements. Additional experience includes a Business Analyst role at Kensington Mortgages (2006-2008) focusing on business and functional requirement specification, and a lengthy tenure at Cattles Plc (1997-2006) where Joanna specialized in business requirements specification and software support. Joanna holds a PgDip in Computing With Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire and a BSc(Hons) in Industrial Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
