Kalyani Pimpley is an experienced professional in the field of data analysis and business analytics, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Commercials & Analytics at NorthLadder since August 2021. With over three years of experience, Kalyani collaborates closely with Product and Leadership teams to drive data-driven decisions within the re-commerce platform operating in the Middle East and Europe. Previously, Kalyani completed a Data Analyst Internship at Unisoft Tech, where hospital data was evaluated and integrated using SSIS, SSAS, and Python, resulting in a proposal for a 10% increase in hospital beds to enhance patient capacity and profitability.
