Mihin Shah

Mihin Shah has an extensive work experience in various companies. Mihin is currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at NorthLadder since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Landmark Group. Starting in December 2013, they held the position of Chief Supply Chain Officer where they were responsible for optimizing the supply chain for the company's retail businesses in the Middle East and Levant region. Earlier in their career, Mihin worked at Mahajan & Aibara as a Partner, leading and managing internal and operational audit assignments for multinational and Indian corporates. Mihin was responsible for conducting risk-based reviews, designing audit coverage plans, and providing recommendations for improved efficiencies. Mihin Shah has a diverse educational background. Mihin obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B Com) degree from the University of Mumbai, studying commerce from 1991 to 1996. Following this, they pursued further education in accounting, management, and corporate laws at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they completed their Chartered Accountant qualifications from 1994 to 1997. In 2006, Mihin Shah attended INSEAD where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
