Bill Small

Bill Small is a seasoned construction project manager with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Project Manager at Northland Power Inc., Bill Small is instrumental in developing green energy projects, notably the Oneida Energy Storage Facility, Canada's largest battery storage facility. Prior roles include managing significant battery energy storage projects at Able Grid Energy Solutions, leading diverse teams at TC Energy as Director of Implementation, and overseeing construction at various companies such as The Energy Corporation and Calpine. Bill Small holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Dickinson College.
