Jason B. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jason started their career with Nortel Networks as a Verification Engineer, where they evaluated and deployed verification methodologies for complex SONET technology designs. Jason then moved on to quality assurance roles within the same company, focusing on testing and creating test scenarios.

Afterwards, Jason joined TELUS, working as a Client Solutions Analyst, where they provided customer support and resolved technical issues. Jason later became an Escalation Manager, acting as the primary technical escalation contact for sales, customers, and internal departments.

Jason then transitioned to Inspyre Solutions Inc., where they served as a Service Delivery Manager. In this role, they worked with services sellers to deliver value propositions and managed customer satisfaction.

Following their time at Inspyre Solutions, Jason returned to TELUS as a Vendor Manager. Here, they researched, analyzed, and executed a business plan to maximize value from the channel by managing current partners and identifying new partners.

Jason then joined MTS Allstream as a Business Support Provisioning specialist, targeting and qualifying leads for new corporate clients and generating partnership revenue.

Subsequently, Jason worked at BlackBerry as a Mobile Device Management Analyst, prioritizing work, performing end user support, and participating in technical discussions with clients.

Jason then joined Toronto Hydro, initially as an IT Technical Consultant, providing technical expertise and support. Jason later became the Lead for Enterprise IT services, overseeing service delivery and operations.

Currently, Jason is the Director of Enterprise Business Applications at Northland Power Inc. and is responsible for overseeing enterprise applications and project management.

Jason B. attended the University of Leicester from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a BSc in Computer Science. Additionally, from 1995 to 1997, they attended Amersham & Wycombe College and obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies.
