Leah Pollock

Leah Pollock currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for the Americas at Northland Power Inc., where responsibilities include strategic partnership and advisory roles to various senior executives. Prior to this position, Leah spent nearly seven years at Shopify, progressing through roles such as Manager of HR Business Partners and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, providing HR support to numerous high-level leaders and managing strategies for performance and retention across large teams. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles at the Centre for Social Innovation, Earth Rangers, and Me to We Enterprises, where Leah developed skills in partnerships, program management, and fundraising. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Social Anthropology from Dalhousie University and completed a Human Resource Management program at George Brown College.
