Jair Soulodre

Jair Soulodre is an experienced project manager and facilities manager with a solid background in construction management and facility maintenance. Currently serving as Project Manager for Renovations at Northland Properties and Facilities Manager at Moxie's Grill & Bar since April 2018, Jair oversees maintenance for corporate restaurants and manages renovation projects. Previous roles include Project Manager at Sustainable Developments and Ledcor, where responsibilities encompassed procurement, scheduling, and project reporting for significant civil and HVAC scopes. Jair holds a Civil Engineering Technologist degree from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, along with a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Alberta and a BSc in General Science from Mount Royal University.
