Mitch Reeves

Mitch Reeves is a seasoned finance professional, currently serving as Vice President at Northleaf Capital Partners since October 2022. Previously, Mitch completed an MBA at The Wharton School and worked as a Senior Summer Associate in Direct Private Equity at CPP Investments during the summer of 2021. Mitch's extensive experience at Northleaf Capital Partners spans from 2016 to 2020, where roles included Senior Associate and Associate. Prior to that, Mitch held positions as an Associate and Analyst at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets from 2013 to 2016 and as an Analyst in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte Canada in 2012. Mitch began leadership development as Section Head at Onondaga Camp, overseeing staff and camper management from 2009 to 2011. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours, First Class) in Accounting and Finance from Queen's University.
