David Clark

David Clark is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Operating Partner at NorthMark Strategies since March 2025, David previously held the position of Managing Director for the Portfolio Operations Team at Centre Lane Partners, LLC from January 2024 to January 2025. David's background includes significant contributions as Chief Financial Officer at Spark Networks from August 2021 to April 2023, and at Synchronoss Technologies from August 2018 to August 2021. In addition, David briefly served as Interim Chief Financial Officer at BrightFarms in 2018.
