Brad L. Cohen

Brad L. Cohen, CCIM has a diverse work experience in the real estate and sales industries. Brad L. is currently the Senior Vice President of Investment Sales at Northmarq since July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President of Sales at TapJets from 2021 to July 2023.

From 2019 to 2020, Brad worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Matrix Group, Inc. where they revitalized the operating company and managed a portfolio of commercial properties. Brad L. upgraded technologies to improve connectivity and performance during the challenges posed by COVID-19.

Before joining Matrix Group, Inc., Brad held the position of Managing Director at Transwestern from 2002 to 2018. In this role, they focused on origination, structuring, and executing commercial investment sales transactions. Brad L. also led the establishment of Transwestern's Mountain Region Investment Sales Group.

Earlier in their career, Brad was the National Retail Manager at ALLGolf from 2000 to 2002. Brad L. oversaw operational, fiscal, sales, and talent development functions for 22 locations across the United States.
