Jonathan Ameen

Jonathan Ameen, SIOR, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Commercial Investment Sales at Northmarq, a position held since December 2022. With over a decade of experience in corporate business development, financial underwriting, and transaction negotiation, Ameen specializes in advising private equity firms, corporate owners, and developers on strategic management and monetization of real estate holdings. Prior to Northmarq, Ameen held various roles, including Director at Stan Johnson Company and positions in commercial development at Williams, where responsibilities encompassed contract negotiation, economic analysis, and investor relations. Ameen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Oklahoma State University.
