Rachel Wiatt

Rachel Wiatt, CAM, currently serves as an AP/AR Associate at NorthPoint Development since November 2022. Prior roles include Property Manager at Waterman Management from December 2020 to December 2022 and Assistant Property Manager at Somerset Apartment Management, where also held the position of Leasing Manager. Experience in property management extends back to Dalmark Management Group as a Marketing Coordinator and earlier roles at the Indianapolis Museum of Art, Indiana University Art Museum, and several other positions in customer service and education. Rachel obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology, Art History, Classical Studies, and Museum Education from Indiana University Bloomington, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2015.
