Steven Kelm

Steven Kelm, CPA, currently serves as Director of Asset Management at NorthPoint Development since January 2020, after holding various roles within the company, including Asset Manager and Senior Project Accountant. Prior to NorthPoint, Steven worked at Burns & McDonnell as a Contract Analyst and Project Accountant from July 2017 to January 2020. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Audit Associate at BKD CPAs & Advisors and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Missouri. Steven also held key roles during academic tenure, including Student Consultant and Student Retention Officer, while gaining hands-on experience as an Audit Intern at BKD and an Accounting Intern at Preservation Housing Management. Steven holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Missouri.
