Michael Callan

Michael Callan has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on operations and management. Michael has held executive positions with various companies, including NORTHPOINTE HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT, LLC, where they currently serve as the Executive Vice President ~ Operations. In this role, they oversee all aspects of the management company and is responsible for brands such as Curio by Hilton, Crowne Plaza by IHG, and Hilton Garden Inn.

Prior to their current position, Callan held the role of Vice President ~ Operations at Terrapin Hospitality and GF Hotels & Resorts. Michael has worked with a variety of hotel brands, including Hilton, Choice, IHG, Marriott, and Wyndham.

Throughout their career, Callan has been involved in the growth and expansion of management companies, building teams, and establishing infrastructure. Michael has experience in accounting, sales and marketing, operations, and human resources.

Before joining NORTHPOINTE HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT, LLC, Callan served as the Chief Operating Officer at Global Hotel Group, where they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the management company. Michael also held the role of Vice President of Operations, where they played a key role in establishing the company as an approved management company for premium hotel brands.

Prior to their time with Global Hotel Group, Callan held various operational management positions at Alliance Hospitality Management, Interstate Hotels Corporation, and Marriott International.

Michael Callan attended County College of Morris from 1983 to 1985, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Following this, they enrolled at Kean University in 1986 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations in 1990.
