Nikhil S.

Nikhil S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Project Manager for Thomson Reuters before moving on to BT Radianz, where they held the positions of Senior Field Technician, Data Center Manager, and Lead Engineer. In 2011, they joined IPC Systems, Inc. as a Field Technician and Senior Systems Consultant, specializing in installation, service, and maintenance of IPC and OEM products and networks. Later that year, they transitioned to Baltimore Gas & Electric, where they served as an Engineer III/Project Manager, overseeing the design and installation of various communication and control systems while maintaining NERC CIP Security. From 2011 to 2018, Nikhil worked at Exelon, first as a Lead Analyst for NERC CIP Security and Compliance, and then as a Security Operations Manager and Senior Cyber Defense Systems Analyst. Nikhil then moved on to CGI, where they held the position of Senior Manager for Information Security, serving as Deputy Director, Program Manager, and Senior Consultant. Finally, in 2018, Nikhil founded their own company, Manpower-IT LLC, where they served as Founder and Principal, specializing in Information Security and Executive Management for Commercial and Federal Government clients. In 2021, they joined Northramp as a Director.

Nikhil S. has a diverse education history. Nikhil holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Nikhil also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cyber Security Policy from the same institution.
