Patrick Chapman

Patrick Chapman has extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Managing Director at Northramp LLC since May 2012 and as Founder of MakeGovBetter since January 2011. Previous positions include Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers from June 2005 to October 2011, Vice President at Systems Alliance, Inc. from October 2003 to May 2005, and Managing Consultant at IBM Global Services from October 2002 to October 2003. Additionally, Patrick served as Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from July 1998 to September 2002. Patrick Chapman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, obtained between 1989 and 1992, and attended the University of Wyoming from 1988 to 1989.
