Pamela Heaton

Pamela Heaton serves as the Executive Assistant and Project Lead for Marketing at NorthRidge Church since June 2004, acting as the primary contact for the Senior Pastor’s Office and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and confidentiality. Previously, Pamela held the position of Project Lead for Communications & Marketing, where oversight of communication strategies included content creation, design, and collaborative promotion of church events. Prior experience includes serving as the Assistant to the Vice-Principal at Pioneer High School in Ann Arbor from September 2002 to June 2004, where responsibilities included coordinating schedules and facilitating communication to support school operations. Additionally, Pamela worked as an Assistant and Software Specialist at Simplex Building Products, Inc. from May 1996 to June 2000, collaborating with the Director of Information and Technology to manage hardware and software systems. Education includes degrees in Business Administration from both Austin Peay State University and Middle Tennessee State University.
