Jeff Lisath

Director, Operations at Northridge Local Schools

Jeff Lisath has had a long and successful career in corrections, culminating in their current position as Director of Operations at Northridge Local Schools. Jeff began their career in November 1986 as a Warden at the Pickaway Correctional Institution, where they oversaw all aspects of the facility's operations. Jeff was responsible for the safety and well-being of the inmates, as well as the staff. In January 2016, they retired from their position as Warden and took on their current role at Northridge Local Schools.

Jeff is a strong advocate for education and rehabilitation within the corrections system. Jeff believes that every inmate has the potential to turn their life around and make a positive contribution to society. Under their leadership, the Pickaway Correctional Institution developed several programs to help inmates reintegrate into society upon release. One such program is the OASIS Program, which stands for "Our Awareness of Self Increases Success." This program is a 9-12 month long intensive program that focuses on helping residents develop pro-social skills and recover from addiction.

Jeff's dedication to their work has helped countless individuals turn their lives around. Jeff is a respected leader in the corrections field, and their experience and knowledge are an asset to Northridge Local Schools.

Jeff Lisath has a Master of Arts in Ministry/Counseling from Ohio Christian University, a Bachelors in Leadership & Ministry from Ohio Christian University, and an AA/BS in Arts/Health & Physical Education from Miami University.

They are on a team with Karen Cigrang - Special Education Director, Heather Zacharias - Director, Technology & Media Services, and Kim Puckett - Director, Curriculum & Instruction. Jeff Lisath reports to David Jackson, Superintendent.
