Katie Bates is currently the SVP & Director, Electronic Channels at Northrim Bank. Prior to their current position, Katie was a Branch Manager at Wells Fargo Bank from September 2000 to August 2010. During their time at Wells Fargo, Katie was responsible for servicing customers' total financial needs and training bankers in lending areas. Katie has a proven track record of obtaining greater market share and profitability.
