Brent Salem

Brent Salem is the SVP of Personal Lines and Director of Sales at North Risk Partners, as well as a Partner at the company. Brent has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, starting their career at American Family Insurance where they worked for 18 years in various roles such as Agency Business Consultant, Sales District Leader, Regional Sales Trainer, and Business Owner - Agent. In these positions, Brent was responsible for consulting with evolving and large agency owners, driving consistent growth for the Twin Cities through effective and efficient operations, and acting as a liaison for agency business owners by sharing insight to the corporation on their challenges and needs for continued growth.

In their most recent position at North Risk Partners, Brent has been with the company for 3 years and has held titles such as Vice President - Personal Lines, Sales Director. In these roles, Brent is responsible for strategic insurance solutions for businesses and individuals, helping clients face risk head-on with right-fit insurance coverage and attention to opportunities for preventing avoidable losses. Brent Salem attended Purdue University from 1994-1995, earning a Master's degree in Management. Brent then attended Northern Arizona University from 1988-1992, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Finally, they is also a member of the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants (AASBC).
