Joe O'Brien

Joe O'Brien is a Principal and Senior Structural Engineer at Northrop Consulting Engineers, with experience dating back to 1997. Since March 2007, Joe has provided structural engineering services, offering early-stage advice and problem-solving from project inception to completion.
