Chelsea Hogan

Chelsea Hogan is a Senior Principal Environmental Engineer at Northrop Grumman, focusing on environmental sustainability, waste, and materials management since August 2020. In this role, Chelsea leads initiatives aimed at solid waste reduction, performs data analysis for waste and greenhouse gas emissions, prepares environmental disclosures, and manages an $8M internal fund for sustainability projects. Chelsea has extensive experience in environmental compliance and sustainability, having previously worked as an Environmental Scientist at Eastern Research Group, Inc., where support was provided for air, water, and hazardous waste permits, among other responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Sciences and Policy from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Environmental Studies from Tufts University.
