Deanna Rubright

Deanna Rubright has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving in a Talent Acquisition role at Northrop Grumman since October 2019. Prior to this, Deanna worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at eGlobalTech from November 2018 to October 2019, and as a Senior IT Recruiter at SLAIT Consulting from October 2017 to October 2018, as well as at Experis IT in a similar capacity from December 2011 to October 2017. Deanna's career began in recruitment management at Global CI from 2007 to December 2011, overseeing a team of recruiters focused on IT candidates. Deanna also led the temporary division as a Manager at Prime Placements, Inc. from August 2005 to March 2007 and started as a Music Teacher for grades K-6th at Prince George's County Public Schools from September 2002 to December 2004. Deanna holds a Master in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Music Performance from American University, completed in 2003 and 2001, respectively.
